Hojsova Stráž, astronomical clock.

If you follow the blue road to Hojsova Stráž from the station, you cannot miss an interesting object on the right side of the road. It is approximately in the center of the village and it is an astronomical observatory. It is apparently the first and at the same time the only one in the entire Šumava. The clock has not been standing here for long, it has been measuring and showing time and everything else since November 17, 2017. It is a nice result of the three-year work of Mr. Zdenek Landa from Prague. Its location above road level is also successful...
