Two hundredth anniversary of the founding of Komorov Castle

In 1812, Jan Pavel Pagáč, Knight of Paburg, had a simple Empire castle built on the site of a defunct village called Komorov, less than one kilometer from Chvalkovice near Bučovice, and in Chvalkovice instead of the burned-out Chvalkovice fortress.
The castle is a one-story building with a rectangular floor plan located in an English park with rare old trees, through which the Chvalkovický stream flows, feeding the castle…
