Czwrczek's villa

Not far from Erwin Weiss's villa, there is another remarkable building that attracts attention with its beautiful and romantic appearance. This is the so-called Czwrczek villa, which was built in 1899-1900 by Marie Czwrczek, the widow of a lawyer from the firm Regenhart und Raymann. The builder was Alexander Nitsche and the construction supervisor was Johann Gröger.
