The arcaded bourgeois Mydlářovský house in Břetislavova Street (No. 74) is for many the best-known and most beautiful Chrudim monument. And in a way it's true. It was originally a late Gothic double-winged building, which acquired its current form thanks to the reconstruction from 1573 to 1577. At that time, a Renaissance house with a shop was built here, and it is assumed that its form is the work of one of the Italian stonemasons...
