The old town hall on Ressel Square in Chrudim

The Old Town Hall building can be seen on Ressel Square in the center of Chrudim. It has been standing here since the first half of the 1th century. In 15 it was damaged by fire, in 1547 it was extensively rebuilt. The facade is baroque from 1560, the sculptures were created after the fire of 1720, the clock from 1806. The first council building was built here in the middle of the 1836th century. The building has massive cellars, the portal is decorated with the city coat of arms, which depicts the Holy Empire on the building...
