Chotyšany (municipality)
The first mention of Chotýšany in written sources dates from 1250, when lord Mrákot appears. The village of Chotýšany is located in the Benešov district. It has 490 inhabitants and the cadastral territory of the village has an area of 1397 ha. In the village we can find a castle and the church of St. Havel.
