Chotyšany, monument to the fallen.
The local monument catches the eye at first glance. It is located between the streets on a gentle slope, not far from the castle. It was unveiled in 1929. There is no information about the monument and its builder is a bit of a mystery. In 1997, the wall surrounding the monument was repaired. The monument is over two meters high and on top of it is a statue of a lion. There is a cross near the monument. A commemorative plane tree grows not far above the monument.
