The building was built in 1862 by civil engineer Alexander Haas. He gave his relative, doctor Karl Haas, space to establish a sanatorium here. According to the owner, the house was called "Haasenburg". In the years 1871-1897, the premises of the house housed, among other things, a teaching institute, from 1912 there was a surgical hospital of MUDr. Bohumila Růžičky, after the Second World War, the seat of the District Health Insurance Company was located here...
