The Černý les is a crossroad and landmark on the green tourist sign and can be found in the western direction from the village of Pocheň. The signpost is located on a tree at the northern edge of the Black Forest and in the valley formed by the river Čižina. In the eastern direction, the peak of Šibenka (422 masl) rises above Rozcestím.
