Bohumín - Vrbice, church of St. Catherine

Vrbice, now part of the town of Bohumín, was formerly an independent settlement and it is mentioned as early as 1229 (together with the part of Záblatí). In the course of time, it was merged with Pudlov or Bohumín for a while, to become an independent municipality again for a while.
