Bohumín-Skřečoň church and chapel
The Church of Our Lady of Sorrows is located in Skřečon, which is part of the town of Bohumín. The first written mention of Skřečon is from 1305 in the list of tithes of the Bishopric of Wroclaw. The manor changed several owners over time. In 1792, Count Jan Larisch-Mönnich bought the estate and thus Skrečoň from Count Rudolf Taaffe.
