Benov
The village of Beňov can be found southeast of the town of Přerov and on the left bank of the river Moštěnka. The Beňovský stream flows through the village and a pond has been built on its course at the western edge of the village. The village of Prusy is part of the village and together they have 680 inhabitants. To the northeast of the village there are extensive hop fields. Forests stretch to the southeast and south of the village. The first written mention of the village is from 1365.…
