Bělkovický velkolom

 
During my journey through the quarries of Nízký Jeseník in the Šternbersk region, I saw one huge still-functioning quarry at its very beginning (then visited several romantic ones in which mining had long since ended), but all this was only a small drop in comparison to the large one approximately halfway down the valley Trusowické brook!
It is so huge that it measures 600 x 500 meters and is mined here in five floors!…
