Žižk's Oak in Podhradí or how it was with Vilém and Kateřina

In the village of Podhradí, under the ruins of Lichnice Castle, they have one of the most important and massive memorial trees in the Czech Republic. It is a 600- to 800-year-old summer oak. It grows on the southern edge of the village, a short distance from the road near the former inn at an altitude of 460 meters. A red tourist sign leads past it in the direction of Třemošnice.
