Žižka's mound
Žižkovo mound near the village of Žižkovo Pole, formerly Schönfeld, is located 3 km north of the town of Přibyslav. It stands on the alleged site of the death of Jan Žižka from Trocnov in 1424. It was built in 1874 by the architect Josef Šupich according to the design of the architect Wiehl. Its size is evidenced by the dimensions of its 5x5 square base and it reaches a height of less than 15 meters.
