Jewish woman
The first written report about the village, on the border of the former districts of Jičín and Nymburk, dates from 1361. Today in the village we can find not only a column with a statue of St. Jan Nepomucký from 1768, but also an example of old agricultural technology. The village is the birthplace of Bohumír Bradáč, Minister of Agriculture during the 1st Republic, thanks to whom the falconry building was built in the village in 1929.
