The history of the castle is connected with the nearby Lukov castle. At the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, the old castle was no longer used by its owners, the Austrian Seiler family, and it quickly fell into disrepair. She finally built it between 1804 and 1807 on the Lešná hill within sight of Lukovo.
