Český Krumlov Castle Garden

Part of the castle grounds is a baroque garden founded in the 17th century. It can be found on the hill and slope of the V. courtyard of the Český Krumlov castle. The rectangular garden has a total area of almost 11 hectares. The entire garden is surrounded by a wall and the back part of the garden passes into the open landscape. The garden is dominated by a four-level cascade of fountains. The fountains are enlivened by statues of water deities, nymphs and sculptures of fish and frogs.
