The plague column made of Maletín sandstone has been a decoration of the Zábřež square since 1713. The column is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, whose statue stands on a cylindrical column. The image of the praying Saint expresses great piety. It carries a massive two-stage prismatic base. The steps are highlighted by massive moldings.
