The village of Dědice has been part of the town of Vyškov since 1941. It lies about 2 km north of the town.
The dominant feature of the village is the Baroque Church of the Holy Trinity, built here in 1753 on the site of the original Gothic church, which was destroyed by fire.
At the church, we also find a trio of secular sculptures from different periods.
In the middle is a baroque statue of St. Jan Nepomucký.
