Výrovice reservoir

The Výrovice water reservoir is located in the area between the villages of Výrovice and Plaveč, about 9 km north of Znojmo. The Výrovice Dam is located in the picturesque landscape of the Jevišovka River and is mainly used for recreation. The reservoir offers calmer swimming, for tourists there is also a snack stand, toilets, showers, a volleyball court, and there is also a rental of boats and paddle boats. At the dam on the right bank there is a car camp and a grassy beach with a gradual entry into the water. The northern part of the reservoir is bordered by a green marked hiking trail. Cyclists can use the cycle path (Cycling loop through the Moravia microregion), which starts and ends right next to the campsite.
