The Nitrianské Rudno water reservoir is located in western Slovakia in the Prievidza district, on the upper reaches of the Nitrica river, between the villages of Rudnianska Lehota and Kostolná Ves, in the Rudnianská kotlina near the village of Nitrianske Rudno. A reservoir built for the needs of a nearby power plant. It is mainly used for swimming, yachting, fishing and water sports. There is a pedal boat rental in the campsite by the water reservoir.
