Vlček and Černý potok

The stream Vlček (Vlčák, Wilczek) once formed the character of the lower part of Frýdek, but after it was piped in the 80s, only reminders of it remained in the form of parks and rows of trees. The river, about 20 km long, originates in the Novodvorské bogs, where it is still in its original form.
