Bauman Winery

The Bauman winery is a small family business that continues its traditions for several generations. Mostly fresh white wines are produced here in small, limited batches, exclusively from grapes of own production grown in vineyards in the cadastre of the municipality of Velké Bílovice. These are mainly Tramín red, Pinot gris, Riesling and others. From red wines, especially Modrý Portugal, Zweigeltrebe and Frankovka.
