Velký Kamýk - observation tower (PI)

Lookout tower with a great, almost circular view 8 km west of Písek. It was built in 2002 for telecommunication purposes and was inaccessible for a long time. The tower is 65 m high, and the viewing platform is at a height of 31 m. There are 162 steps leading to it, which, like the platform, have a lattice design.
