The Great Synagogue in Pilsen (Sady Pětatřicátníků) is the second largest synagogue in Europe (third in the world). It was built in the years 1890-93 in the Moorish-Romanesque style. Since 1894, it has been one of the landmarks of Pilsen, where a large and prosperous Jewish community lived until the beginning of the Second World War.
