Big clearing

The peak of Velká Polana (893 masl) rises in a northeasterly direction above the foothill recreation village of Horní Lomná and next to marked hiking trails. On the slopes of the Velká Polana, the forest spreads out, until right at the top, the forest on the western and northern slopes splits into a clearing at the top.
