Vázany - chapel of St. Joseph
The wine village of Vážany, located about 10 km from Uherské Hradiště on the sub-summit slope of a round hill high above the level of the distant Morava River, was settled as early as 1228 according to the annals. Today, it has approximately 430 inhabitants and its most important monument is the chapel dedicated to St. Joseph.
