Bílovice nad Svitavou was called Moravian Switzerland during its greatest glory, in the first third of the 20th century. This is because a number of other, larger and smaller valleys, which have been hollowed out by numerous streams, flow into the main valley of the Svitava River.
One of the small, less well-known ones is the Ušákov valley. If it has something to do with hares, we can only guess, I couldn't find an explanation for this name.…
