The well is located by the yellow tourist route leading from the village of Bílovice nad Svitavou to the village of Ořešín. If we go upstream of the Melatín stream, the well is located on the left under the road. The monument to the well survived the construction of a new forest road. The well is also located a short distance from the J. Doležal well and the Tomečkova well.
