Uherský Brod - Old Jewish cemetery

The old Jewish cemetery was located in front of the southern wall of the city and is best accessible today from Pod Valy street. In 1870, a new cemetery was established in the eastern part of the city, and the old cemetery ceased to be used. The persecution of the Jewish population culminated in 1941 with the burning of the Synagogue.
