It is the only mountain tourist hut in the Polish Opawski Mountains (Zlatohorské Highlands) near their highest peak, Biskupská kupy (890 m above sea level).
It was built in 1924 thanks to the Silesian Sudeten Mountain Association (Schlesischer Sudetengebirgsverein, SSGV).
The cottage has 50 beds, toilets and bathrooms are shared on the first floor, there is also a restaurant with 65 seats, operating hours from 9,00...
