Třebíč - The circular bastion at Hrádek

Originally, there was a two-story circular tower with embrasures, surrounded by a moat and a palisade. It belonged to the fortification system of the city. Only a small part of it has survived to this day. From the bastion, a wide view of the historic part of the city. Not far from there is the Stone Mound, built in 1924 as a commemoration of 500 years since the death of Jan Žižka from Trocnov.
