Třebechovice pod Oreb - chapel of St. John the Baptist

Chapel of St. John the Baptist from the 17th century is located on the right side of the road at the exit from Třebechovice towards Opočno. I could not find out the exact date of its creation and by whom it was built. If anyone knows these dates, they can add them to the discussion.
