Two smaller ponds named Toran are hidden in the forest between the Štěpánovské hory massif and Pařezen /now called Kloč on maps/ in the Kostomlatské středohoří. Until the end of the last century, they were in military territory and therefore inaccessible. There is a hotel-type building under construction near the ponds, which is slowly falling into disrepair. An asphalt road leads from Kostomlat to the ponds.
