Taxberger House - České Budějovice

The name of the house is derived from the Taxberger family, which lived here in the 19th century. Originally a Renaissance house, at its beginning in the 17th century, the Andreas family of painters lived in it. In the years 1732-1761, the prominent patrician family of the Doudlebskés from Sterneck lived in the house, which had the house remodeled in the Baroque style.
