The sacred stream

The Větřkovice water reservoir was built on the course of the Svěcené brook, eastward from the settlement of the same name Větřkovice. The sacred stream originates at the western foot of the Kazničov peak (601 masl), which rises in a southerly direction from the town of Hukvaldy, in the southwestern part of the Palkovické Hůrek.
