From Prague by highway to the city of Příbram - it is approximately 70 km from Prague. The reputation of Svatá Hora as a place of pilgrimage dates back to the 13th century. However, the first written document dates back to the 16th century. Pilgrims have been coming here since then. The chapel fell into the hands of the Jesuits.
