The village of Stružná is located about eleven kilometers southeast of the city of Karlovy Vary, near the E48 road to Prague, under a hill called Plešivec (841 meters above sea level). Stružná is located at an altitude of 645 - 700 meters. The municipality is characterized by mixed development, family houses, residential panel houses and recreational facilities.
