Brief development of the miller's craft in Úpica

Just like everywhere where there was a significant watercourse, milling has been developing in Úpica since the Middle Ages. However, the first mill was located in neighboring Havlovice under the promontory of the Vízmburk castle (locality "Na mlejništi", later grinding was done in the so-called Almond, in the attached picture).
