Old Jewish Cemetery
The old Jewish cemetery in Roudnice nad Labem was founded at the beginning of the 17th century, closed in 1896. There are approx. 1700 gravestones, the oldest one, which was moved, dates from 1611. In the XNUMXs, it was considered to abolish the cemetery and build a park , the plan fortunately did not materialize. In the recent period, the surroundings of the cemetery were modified and a new entrance was built from the upper part of the cemetery.
