The "Beggar" statue in Postoloprty.

In front of the hostel near the station in Postoloprty stands a statue that the locals call "The Beggar". This statue has an interesting history. In 1986, sculptor Miroslav Josef Černý created a sandstone statue of a worker for the Počerady Power Plant. The statue was placed in front of the dormitory of the power plant employees.
