Slaný - Jewish Synagogue

Jews lived in Slané already in the Middle Ages. However, their stay was limited and they were often banned. The Jewish Association was founded in 1861 and the Synagogue was built in 1865. The Slan Synagogue had two parts - a prayer room and a two-story residential part that served the rabbi. The prayer hall is decorated with a massive facade with Moses tablets.
