This object is already visible from a distance when arriving at Černožice nad Labem. It is currently home to a retirement home, but its earlier history means nothing to many today. The company J. Sehnoutka started building it in the early spring of 1926 on the left side of the road from the school to the railway line, as part of taking care of the employees of its spinning and weaving mill.
