Sázava - flood 2006
The town of Sázava is, of course, located on the Sázava River. In normal time, it is a quiet town with a calm river that is popular with boaters. Sometimes, however, they have to withstand the rush of water from an unregulated river. As a reminder, I am attaching a few pictures from the flood of 2006. Near the weir and the former mill in the pictures, today there is a Glass Art Center in the building "Huť František", established with the help of the Josef Foundation...
