Šutrák pond

The Šutrák pond, also called Na Trávníkých, is located on the southeastern edge of Rakvice. This is a natural swimming pool, a flooded sand quarry that also serves as a pond. On the shore of the pond is a sandy beach with other facilities for swimmers and non-swimmers. Access to the beach is from the road leading to Podivín. If you don't want to just lie on the beach, you can play squash, for example. Parents with children can use the playground. It is possible to have refreshments in a nearby guesthouse.
