Pámětník pond
Rybník Pamětník is located approx. 5 km from Chlumec nad Cidlinou. The monument is the smallest of the 3 lakes in the Štít area. Its area is 7,63 ha and it is a former sand pit. So the bottom is sandy and there are forests and grass on the shores. You can drive almost to the pond. Access to the water is unproblematic and entry into the water is gradual. The deepest place is 6m deep. The water is clean.
