Lookout tower on Křížová hora

The first mention of Křížová hora (Kreuzberg in German) is in Gramiz's description in the Land Archives in Brno from 1653. It probably got its name from the cross that stood there. In 1833, a small wooden church without a tower was built here. When it later burned down, a new, larger one was built with a tower and its roof covered with sheet metal.
