Ronov nad Sázavou
The ruins of the castle stand on a promontory above the Losenický stream east of the village of Ronov nad Sázavou in the Havlíčkobrod region in the Vysočina region. The high torso of the towers and the remains of the walls have been preserved from the castle. The castle ruins are freely accessible.

The castle was apparently founded in the 13th century by the lords of Lichtemburg. In 1424, the famous Hussite leader Jan Žižka captured the castle. The building was damaged, but it was possible to continue living in it.…
