The one-story building stands in the northwestern part of Republic Square. It was probably built at the end of the sixteenth or the beginning of the seventeenth century. During the modification in the second half of the 18th century, the building received an appearance that it has essentially preserved to this day. Inside, the vaults in the former passage and the adjacent area have been preserved from this time. The facade bears the classicist features of these latest modifications. A common component…
